Become a member of Run Minnesota, the oldest and largest running non profit organization in Minnesota, supporting runners of all ages and abilities since 1961.

Entry fees are not refundable under any circumstance. By registering for this event you acknowledge acceptance of this policy. Run Minnesota reserves the right to modify or cancel our races AT ANY TIME - for safety concerns, natural disaster and other force majeure causes. In such cases there will be no refunds of race entry fees and there will be no complimentary race entry to a future race. By registering for the race you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Entry fees collected are used to develop and produce our events, starting well in advance of the race date – including, insurance, course preparation, race supplies, permits and administration. We will make every effort to produce a fair and safe event for all participants. Any decision we make that impacts the race date or potential cancellation is carefully considered and based on the overall event safety, sustainability and manageability. 

By registering for this event you agree to abide by the Center for Disease Control (CDC)'s recommendations for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 and attest to having read the current CDC's guidance.

Run Minnesota understands that unforeseen circumstances can arise and DOES allow the opportunity to officially transfer bib numbers until August 1. As a small non profit with two paid staff we do not have the administrative capacity to handle transfer requests after August 1, there are no exceptions. If you become injured or are no longer able to join us for the City of Lakes Half Marathon, you may transfer your entry to another person for a $11.93 transaction fee. The transaction fee is to be paid by the person redeeming the transferred entry. To request a transfer code please email [email protected].
